"Delonzio said that he himself was not experienced enough to address the problem with my hybrid Kenmore water heater. When it goes into “hybrid” mode, the heat exchange motor (compressor) runs constantly in an attempt to reach the 125° water temperature. It used to run perhaps 30 mins. before reaching temperature and turning off. Now it will keep running and not stop. Not energy efficient at all. I have not heard back about having a different service person to work on my water heater. Please advise."

"The service does NOT clean your washing machine!! Contrary to the website description (which has photos), my technician showed up and was able to “diagnose” my washing machine for $99, not solve the problem, and told me that they do not provide a cleaning service for any washing machines. The cleaning service was the only reason I requested a visit in the first place!!! Very misleading advertising on the website, I am incredibly frustrated with the whole experience."
