"I was referred Bear General Repair by LG. My refrigerator freezer went out 2 months after my 5 year extended Home Depot warranty ... sigh. I gave BGR a call and received friendly phone service and a timely appointment. Luis came a few days later and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced my compressor and was out the door in a few hours. While I don't consider the fix inexpensive it was inline with what others charge and I have the confidence the job was done right. Labor is warrantied at 3 months. I will call them again should I have another appliance issue."

I asked him about other things in the home, and he was more than accommodating. He installed my new Amazon Thermostat, fixed my garbage disposal, and cleaned our front loading washer machine. Once the dishwasher piece came in, he resolved that too. His rates were reasonable, the work was excellent, and he is a pleasant and honest person. I highly recommend Luis and his company."
