"Never received a call for the guy to come out but he came and everything’s good. Then the A/C guy is here now. Never received a call on this either. Hopefully everything is good. They are still here. Everybody has been very nice"
"We had disposal clog because of grease. The NexGen worker Adrian fixed the clog. That was good. However, he insisted that the disposal was broken and could no longer be used. Also, that the sink had to have an air hole. The cost of of the disposal replacement and the air hole equipment would be $1040. That was a lot of money. We decided to get a second opinion. We insisted that he reconnect the hoses while we did so, and paid him $88. He did so, but reluctantly. Said the dishwasher wouldn’t work since it operated through the disposal. We called another company. They came the next day. Got the disposal unstuck within minutes during the free estimate period. Charged us nothing. The disposal and dishwasher have been working great since then. It’s been 15 days, and no issues."
"Initially I had a bad experience with the company as I signed up for a promotional tune up for $45. The technician who came was friendly but forgot to plug back in a key connection inside the furnace which entirely stopped my heat. It was pretty cold and I was clueless how that may have happened. As the furnace electronic connection relays to the working of the condenser unit of the AC, it also faltered. The technician attributed this faulty behavior to low refrigerant and leak in the system. My HVAC system was installed brand new from American Standard 1.5 years ago with new coils and new ducts. I had a sleepless night thinking how this happened and next day I called the customer care to send me a different tech asap to fix the issue. Nexgen was able to send another “experienced” technician who was aware of the high end systems. Finally, when this new tech came, he was able to identify this error caused by the earlier tech and fixed the issue. He confirmed that indeed there was no other issue in the condenser unit as well. Here I do want to acknowledge that though I had a rough day with the initial tune up and the first tech, the second person was able to resolve the issue. Also, both techs were friendly and maintained a good demeanor. Initially I had provided a one star review but with the resolution of my issue I would definitely change my review to 4 star."
"These guys did such a good job. Truly professional. Even afterwards when I needed to just check on some thing they were there immediately. Just really went over and beyond. Make sure everything was perfect. Really really well done. The communication was great. The installers were texting me directly to make sure everything was OK. I had some electrical issues they owned it and came back to take care of it. Not sure how the price next to anyone else, but I have confidence in the quality of the product being installed."
"So before summer hits, I thought I might have my AC serviced. Called nexgen AC heating and plumbing. From the call from the office to the follow up calls, and the technician that came out was outstanding service. Justin what is my technician that came out and he was phenomenal. From then moment he parked, walked up with a smile, introduced himself and before he started on his walk-through he explained to me what he would be doing. Through his inspection he was showing me exactly what was going on and how to prevent end give my system longevity. All his recommendations were reasonable and made complete sense. I can’t think just enough. I would definitely be calling back for my yearly service. Thank you, Justin."
