"Good experience overall with the service department. Kenny, the service advisor, communicated well and helped us get our Sprinter in top shape quickly. The waiting area featured a large screen tv and a coffee machine that made delicious lattes with freshly ground beans. This location is nice because if all the nearby shops and eateries to visit while your vehicle gets pampered."
"I wish I could be complementary, but it is impossible. Lease price on a GLE 53 was agreed via text, but based on the FALSE excuse that my credit is insufficient, they tried to raise my payment. I have a FICO score well above 750, and a hair bellow 800. How is that insufficient. Thankfully I did not allow the string arming and went to a different dealership where the same car was leased at a better payment, and non of the nonsense and emotional games I had to go through."
"I arrived with a problem regarding noise in the cabin. Signed up for the service. The manager said the approximate waiting time is 2-3 hours. As a result, we stayed for 6 hours. Conducted a test drive with a technician I tell him there’s a pulsating noise. It seems that the technician was deaf and did not have special equipment to detect noise. Nothing was fixed. Don't waste your time on this service. As a result, this center does not want to do anything to its clients. As a result, I turned to another service center. I took my Sprinter in to the local MB dealership, with the info I received from google, as well on the Sprinter market place. They test drove, and ordered some parts - shims and bolts. MB is aware of the issue. I picked it up yesterday, and the noise has been reduced. The invoice ( claim under warranty ) states - removed 15 mm spacers at rear of drive shaft and replaced with 25 mm spacers. Installed 15 mm spacers at front support bearing with new hardware. There is still some noise, but it is coming from the rear - probably the rear leaf spring issue. But at least this noise is bearable."

"Scheduled my first service here . Service A is just Oil change. Miss Swartz wanted to charge me over $500 for this service. So I called Mercedes Benz of Valencia and scheduled the same service for the next day at the rate of $249. Skip this place ,they will over charge you without blinking. What kind of business ethics do you need to have to charge over $500 for less than an hour oil change. Ridiculous."
