"Bad experience. Took my vacuum in for repair and was told to try out a 13 yr old German vacuum. $750 for a 13 yr old vacuum that sells new for $750. Yeah, right. I took the German vac back. As I was entering the store it was announced that I was a “Dyson” person and that I actually wanted my Dyson back. All the customers heard the sneer in his voice. I was not happy. The store is absolutely filthy. The people running the store should try using their German vacs to clean it up. I will never go back."

"Oh my! DJ saved me. My Babylock Rachel had been seeing terribly. The bobbin tension was all wonky. I took it to the place I purchased it, twice. Each time I told them in detail the issue and showed them a sample. The first time the recommended a thorough cleaning - $139 which took 2 weeks and changed NOTHING. The second time, they recommended another cleaning (seriously!) and took two weeks to get back to me. I declined. I found Thousand Oaks Seeing and Vac and could not be more impressed. DJ set up my machine right in front of me to check the issue. He was shocked made a few adjustments to show me what could expect. Three days later it was fine. And she runs well . Thanks DJ!!!! Oh, and it cost a fraction of the other place."

"I figured my 25 year old Panasonic upright had sucked up its last dust ball. Had taken it to a shop in Agoura and they couldn’t fix it. This was the best performing vacuum I’ve ever owned so I didn’t want to give up on it. Long story short, it’s working like new!!!"

"These are the nicest people that you could ever hope to meet. Super friendly and informative. Very honest. My Dyson vacuum died and DJ said the motor head would cost about $125 (which was cheap enough for a Dyson). He went on to insist that I call and register my machine for a Dyson warranty even though it was 5 years old and possibly they would fix it free at a Dyson repair center. He provided me the phone number to call as well. I was reluctant but called at his insistence. Dyson was great and did extend a warranty for me at a different location. DJ refused to charge me anything for his time and effort to diagnose it and try to get it going. He made nothing and compelled me to get it fixed for free elsewhere. Very honest and helpful. I cannot thank you enough DJ."
