Said he would be there in 1&1/2 hours, showed up 25 minutes later and had it fixed in one hour. Shared some knowledge on the system, took photo's for me, and the price was more than fair! "They were sent by road service company as my battery died. I told them that I am a first responder and I need the best battery available. They sold and installed a battery that went bad after 6 weeks. It took him 10 days to come and replace with a "better" battery, leaving me with an unreasonable vehicle and an additional charge of $50.00. Not cool."
