"I wanted to Compliment Big Brand Tire & Service for the excellent service we received on my daughters car. Her tires were so bad, we didn’t realize it until I had a friend come over to look at er tire because it was so low. He said he would not drive at all on those tires. I called Big Brand because I have always received excellent service from them for maintenance on my Toyota. Big Brand found new compatible tires for her Dodge that were in stock. The price was Great and they were installed that same day! Great professional and polite service!!!"

"Found what I thought was a good offer online for my wife’s suv. But was quickly reminded you get what you pay for in life. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and after having to listen to 3 up sell attempts I finally was able to check in. Sat for 2 hours as they worked at a snails pace. They incorrectly re installed my center caps and when I asked them to correct it the technician “Jerry” got an horrible attitude and “yelled you should of asked me before hand.” Ask you what Jerry, to do your job right the first time? Bottom line is there’s a reason the corporate office of big brand has to offer online incentives to drive traffic to this branch. Horribly operated. Will never return and for sure never recommend. Update: NO one has even reached out via phone or email. Only response was to explain myself again to a random email. Terrible leadership can’t even call an upset customer."

"I drove up to have a flat fixed. During that they found a nail in the other rear tire. They fixed both free of charge. Everyone at the Newburypark, Ca location was amazing. I went ahead and had my oil and filter changed. At a reasonable price, I can not complain. Because their service was fantastic I'll be bringing in my other car tomorrow for same services. I highly recommend them. They are very polite and professional."

"Made an appointment at their TO location first but they were too busy and recommended that I go to Newbury Park which I’m glad I did. Great service from the beginning. I needed an oil change and alignment for my 2017 Escalade. They were very thorough and adjusted the camber and toe. The ride is great now. The alignment warranty is 6 months so if I hit any potholes, the gentleman told me to bring it back. I used to get my tires at America’s Tire but BBTS has won my business."
