BDR RV

"BDR is awesome. We had taken our 5th wheel for an annual checkup. Afterwards we took it to Happy Daze for some recall warranty work on the refrigerator. Today, as we were getting ready for a 2 month trip, our refrigerator would not cool (stayed at 72•). We called BDR for help and they immediately checked it out for us. What they discovered was when Happy Daze did their recall work on the refrigerator, they reinstalled the refrigerator heat deflector shield backwards and the heat from the refrigerator had no where to go. After reinstalling it correctly we are on our way! Big thanks to BDR!!!!!"

"We made an appointment for our RV to be looked at. Called the day of appointment to verify appt time. no one answered the phone. Made our way to the place and when we got there, the owner said she forgot about the appointment. AND we couldn’t leave the RV there because there was no room for it. So we wasted time and fuel going there for her to say sorry I don’t know what to tell you."

"These people have absolutely no clue on the planet earth what they're talking about. Not only are they ignorant about 80% of all things recreational vehicle, they are flaky and dishonest. They don't care about your time or your effort. If you know ANYTHING about rv's, a 5 minute chat w Eric will leave you scratching your head in disbelief. Don't waste your time. His wife is only good for telling you her medical problems. If you call to set something up with her, don't expect it to be set up upon arrival. Not sure how they keep busy. Shocking."

"We took our travel trailer to BDR at the recommendation of a friend. Best advise ever. The other person that worked on it, after charging us $576.52 to fix it. It still wasn't fixed. Erick repaired the problem for $83.98 and WALA !!! It was fixed. Do yourself a favor & if your in need of R V repairs, make an appointment and take your R V to BDR repair. They are knowledgeable,honest, hard working & trustful. Did I say trustful !!!!"

"I called to have a trailer brake controller installed last minute. They were booked out a bit further than the last minute date I needed, but recommended a couple other options. The mark of a great business, in my opinion, is to refer out when you're unable to do the work. Greatly appreciate their professionalism!"
