"Came in for tires that were worn out before their warranty time and was treated fairly and quickly. The crew here enjoys what they do and are very courteous and helpful. They even gave me a ride to a local parts store so we could replace a valve stem, saving me $50 to $90 having to have someone take the tire off again to fix it later. I drive 60 miles each way so this crew can service my tires and it's not the first time. I have been a Pep Boys fan since 1980."

"I visited the store twice. From the first visit, the manager was in front office and seems to complain about everything, but I kept engaging him in conversations to light up his day as it seemed that he was new to this store, not management. He said he fired most of his old staff. The 2nd time I came couple months after; I smiled when he entered the shop after I waited for him to come but never bothered to even greet me or other customers. The lady was going to charge for the service, and I noticed the charge was much higher than the same service I did couple of months ago, so I asked for the reason. She turned to the manager and that I am arguing about the price. I told her I was just asking, not arguing; she replied saying, "if you want to argue, you can go somewhere else." Well, I did, and I will never go back. I've been a customer of Pepboys for at least 2 years now, and usual wait times for simple oil change have been 2-3 hours. I found a place half the distance to me, cheaper and did the job in 20 minutes for me."
