"I had a rv tech replace the back end of my refrigerator a year and a half ago. IT QUIT WORKING DUE TO A BLOCKAGE of the gas. This was determined by the tech. We contacted Cool fun and was told I needed to take a video, send the back end of the unit to them AT MY EXPENSE, they will determine if it's a warranty item or not. If it is a problem with the unit I bought, I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPMENT BACK TO ME, PAY THE TECH TO REMOVE AND RE INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT At my expense.
