"Went to pep boys when the evening before but it was too late so I made an appointment. The guy was super nice and made me an appointment to comeback said they can knock it my tire valves real quick. I came back and Bryant checked me in and than went to walk the bay and comes back and tells me I need to take the tires off and bring them. I come to Americas tires and the job gets done no questions asked."

"Went to get 2 new tires and these dummy’s gave me the wrong size tires for my car . I don’t know how they mess up a tire change . I didn’t notice till I got home . Now I got to go back and waste more time to get them replaced . I want some type of refund for wasting my gas and time . This is ridiculous. Should’ve been 195 not 185"

"Worst experience ever with this location. Came in with needing a tune up for my vehicle. They made a mistake with initial repair expecting me to pay more. Had to pay it because I need a vehicle and not having one for over a month. After the initial appointment 9/21/23, I finally pick it up yesterday 10/26/23 but when I drove off it felt the same way I dropped it off and almost caused an accident because the vehicle turned off on me on a busy street. Was able to bring it back to pep boys and me and two of your employees found out that the engine coils didn’t have two screws that hold them down and now the vehicle is there again at pep boys!!! And I have proof in a video that the coils don’t have screws. Jesus, store manager, is very unprofessional and has zero experience of customer service. If you do go there go to Michael very helpful. Or just don’t go at all!!! And hope you don’t delete this review and actually do something about it! Not your same response like when I called corporate to complain or I when I wrote multiple times to your email have a template response, “I’m sorry for your experience” and still not heard anything from your district manager since he is coward to talk to me at all and have some customer service towards the situation since you are always on vacation or “busy!”"
