"On 10/11/2022, Miguel blocked all lanes giving access to LA Fitness on Sepulveda & Vermont. I took a different lane than the one they were working on, however he took revenge on me and approached me with the blower and threw everything that was on the pavement at that time. Very unprofessional and rude and when I talked to LA fitness management they said they didn’t even know about them working or blocking all the lanes."
