"The technician (Donald)who performed the repair was very helpful and friendly. He did a thorough check of the outside unit and identified tre possible issues with the equipment. Went over living to fix al orbs portion of the repairs. After fixing one issue and testing, he got the unit running. Other options to repair further issues were beyond my budget so he informed me of the option to get a maintenance program that would make further repairs more affordable on the next call. I'm very satisfied with the service and professionalism of my experience. I'll be calling to set up the maintenance contract in the near future. Before and after pictures attached."
