It is different from others whose technicians use their own phones to text or call their customers; - Alex arrived on time and did the job very conscientiously and was able to fix the problem. He also explained and answered any questions or concerns I had after the repair. I like him; - The next day after the repair, a girl from the company called me to follow up on the repair.
