"TLDR: Send your Pixel back to Google for warranty repair, don't bring it to this shop. Brought my Pixel 8 in for warranty repair of the back camera glass cover. I had to argue with the manager that it was covered, even though I had an email from Google. The time estimate was 2 hours; it took 3 days to get it back. When I got it back, the proximity detector no longer worked. I sat there for two hours while the tech talked to their support line and googled how to repair it. The tech had a whispered conversation with the manager, after which they gave me my phone back and told me they couldn't do anything about the problem. I ended up sending my phone to Google. It would have been quicker and less stressful to just mail the phone back to Google in the first place."

"I broke my screen for the first time and had forgotten to put a new screen protector on. It made me so angry at myself because I knew it would be expensive. UBreakIfix was recommended by someone who works in the industry and San Clemente had my screen. I had checked 1 store in person and found that my screen was $350, but they didn't have it. I called San Clemente and the guy I talked with said they had it and it was $350. So I took my phone the next day and Jeffry helped me. He's an super nice guy, and knows his stuff. He took my phone and I returned a few hours later. My cost for the phone and the screen protector should have been $365 + tax. My total was $426. I paid and took my phone. Jeffry is a nice guy. I told him that I saw the price and was told the price was $350. He said that wasn't the price they had built in and said there's not a lot he can do on his end at the moment. I called the next day and explained to Jeffry how I found the quoted price online at all the stores in the surrounding area show $350. I explained that their over charge was about $30. He said he would call the manager and try to help me out. After talking with his manager, Jeffry called me and said to please come when I can for a refund of the overcharge. The whole time, Jeffry was kind and never gave any kind of negative attitude. I appreciate his willingness to help me out for such a small amount. Every dollar counts these days. Thank you Jeffry and your manager for helping me out."
