"This is my first experience with RSC Auto, I brought my car in for a transmission sensor repair, I was fully expecting them to tell me the transmission needed to come out of the car, give me a huge repair estimate and send me on my way like most other mechanics but I was wrong. Steven and the team at RSC diagnosed the issue as some damaged wiring, charged a very reasonable amount of money to fix it and I picked up the car the next day. Furthermore they did an inspection of the car at no additional cost and made intelligent and honest recommendations. I knew about the various maintenance concerns on my car, they didn't miss a single one, and didn't recommend anything that I wouldn't have needed. I got absolutely zero pushback when I declined further service. Their method of sending you photos to accompany your estimate and their recommendations is by far the best and easiest thing I've seen in the industry. Fast, friendly, honest and fair. After what seemed like just a few minutes I asked if I could bring my car back for them to review it for any work that needed to be done.
