He said he would order the right part. It's been at least 4 months and we've never heard back. He also broke the cover to my electrical socket and didn't say anything."

"I’ve had them take care of my new hot tub that was installed about 3 months ago. I use it less than once a week. Last week I got in for the first time in a month. It smelled bad and the water was cloudy. I assumed it would be taken care of during the weekly maintenance I pay for. I got in yesterday and it smelled bad and the water was yellow. I got some test strips and there was no chlorine. All the other chemical parameters were also way off the targets. If you hire them make sure you check your water every week to make sure they are doing their job. Update to review. I got a call from Casey. I had accidentally been changed in their system from weekly to monthly so no one had come out to take care of the spa for almost 4 weeks. Casey offered to come out immediately and drain and clean the spa and make it right. That matches the service experience that other people had reported and why I choose them in the first place"
