"if i could make this zero stars, i would. i dropped off my phone to order an iPhone 13 pro screen. they said it would arrive 24-28 hours later. DAN, who works there, was rude, ornery, and gave false information about the screen arriving and leaving calling me and leaving a voicemail. 10000% unhelpful and shockingly rude. thankfully, the 1 star here goes to felix who actually took some time to explain and mitigate the situation. i actually never take the time to write reviews but this interaction was so offensive, i had to do it."

"Excellent service! I needed a battery for my 2019 MacBook Pro. I'm pretty handy, so I youtubed how to replace the battery - forget it, it's VERY complicated and a genius is needed. It would take almost a week for Apple to replace, but only took 24 hrs at Mac 911 (once I had the battery!). They supplied all the necessary information, were pleasant and my computer was returned with a new battery, and all cleaned up! Will definitely come back!!"

"I went because I cracked my laptop screen. They said it was going to take 4-5 business days. I paid 145 for labor and an hour later decided I did not want to proceed because it was going to cost around 800 dollars. I called them and asked for my computer back. They gave me a hard time. Long story short, they would not refund me the 145 even though they had done nothing to my computer. Very slimy people would advice you to go somewhere else. This is the first one start review I have ever given."

"I recently had a great experience with Mac 911.The people who run Mac 911 are fantastic to work with. They are knowledgeable and fixed my problem within both the cost and time estimate. They were also very patient and generous with their time in explaining the problem that I had. I'm very grateful that they are in my neighborhood and can't recommend them highly enough."

"Yes I purchased $100 charging cord for a new lap top. Ended up returning the laptop and called literally the next day to try and return the cord (that I only used once) but they won’t take returns. The clerk did not inform me of this policy when I purchased the cord. So I ended up paying pretty much the same as I would from apple without having a return policy. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to the actual apple store."
