"Came Monday only checked the fridge for less than 5mins and saw the photo on my phone frozen coils and told me was gonna call for the part and cost next day or 2(was charged $89 service fee). Wed I call for a update told me they'll get back with me and never did. Friday called again for a update and same thing as Wednesday they'll get back with me with a tech... Saturday I called my bank for a charge back for the $89 service fee that I never received!(Don't get scammed from this company)"

Got 2nd opinion ($70 well spent) and technician from KW Service had machine running smoothly after a 'factory reset' of controls."

"Charged 130 service fee which can be used for service. They dispatched someone that was a different company (invoice said DVK service) and he wanted over 350 to fix a dryer without even looking in the back or anything. he said it would take 10 days to get parts. All he did was open my dryer and look at tag inside. He said it should be serviced yearly without even asking if I have got it serviced. These guys just want a quick service fee and don’t really care about fixing your appliance. When I called the office she said some people are waiting months for parts. Well for the fee they want to charge I can almost buy a new dryer which we will do! Take your business elsewhere. I have a nice house and find these type of places see my house and think they can up charge... well this is absurd !"
