"Art’s Heating and Cooling was referred to me when I was getting quotes to replace our HVAC. As I read through the Yelp reviews, I give them a call because they are a local independent business with a number of positive reviews. He listened to our concerns regarding the existing system and thoroughly assessed our system. He explained the benefits we’d see of a new system and indicated the design flaws with the existing system. He noted what he could do to solve the some of the issues but the overall design was a limitation. Since we recently purchased our house, a remodel and system redesign, was not in our budget. David didn’t try to upsell the higher end models and wanted to address our concerns with a reasonable solution. In the end, I am very pleased with the new system and I genuinely felt like David cared about making sure my family was comfortable and within our budget. David is a great guy! He answers his own phone, shows up on time, knows his business, explained everything he was doing, and charged a very fair price to replace both units.
