"My experience with Ed's and Bob's bussiness is rather limited and simple - flat tire repairs. Some time ago for Lexus, and today for Tesla. Both times service was quick, professional, and easy going. They know how to put Tesla to a tow mode to lift it up (small thing, but still sayng something). Moreover - Ed inflate my tire near our office where Tesla was left overnight, so I can drive to the shop wihout waiting for a towing company. We chatted about Tesla peculiarities and repair delays while compressor was running. And final touch - Bob did not charge me a dime for flat tire repair (I do not kow why, and they've declined coffee offer from me).
