My last two visits with my new Lexus, I met with Mick Palermo. He was terrific! He was personable and knowledgeable. Both visits I elected to wait in the lounge area during the service. It was nice to be able to have a place to sit, log into their Wi-Fi, work on my computer and enjoy a cappuccino (any chance for an upgrade to a glass of wine? Ha!)
