"Gus was excellent. He originally visited to diagnose the problem, and he told me to find a replacement logic board and I could replace easily myself. He refused to be paid for the visit as he said he didn’t repair it. However, because the opener was 25 years old I couldn’t find the replacement logic board anymore. I then bought a new opener from Costco and asked him to install. I was tempted to do myself (which would have taken me a whole day and night). He did it in 1 hour as he has all the necessary tools. He was well mannered and had great life stories. We exchanged stories while he was installing. Amazing Gus."
