"Hi, I usually like to support local businesses, but this is one I would avoid. I paid $175 to redo the bottom of my cowboy boots. After only wearing them 10-15 times, there were holes in bottom of the boots. Upon taking them back to the shop, to show the owner that the heels (which used different materials) hardly wore at all, but the forefoot portion had developed holes, the owner blamed me for using them too much. Again, only wore them 10-15 times. It’s unfortunate they would not stand by their craftsmanship and materials. And then to top it off, she was pretty rude."

I have been going to this place for all my leather goods and fixing some old purses, boots, belts, and many many stuff. Trust me, these people are generous and knowledgeable and very helpful! I am thrilled with the results - the lacing was done expertly and the leather is once again supple and fully restored. I will definitely use this shop again. "The man who runs this shop is an artist. I had been taking shoes here for years with minor needs, but recently took a pair of my sons new boots here that had a grommet like thing pulled off. Time was taken to match the old so it would tie in with the other ":grommets" and it was attached better that the original. And it took less than a week. I was tempted to have them all replaced and re-attached. Great work, great skill set, and competitive pricing."
