"I had a slab leaks, called Reactic Restoration on Friday afternoon and Daniel they show up right and after a brief inspection he called his crew to start cutting walls and found the broken pipe. and Daniel help me to call our insurance company and the HOA and follow up with them until I got reimburse for the damages. "The were quick to get the job done. They were very sloppy with clean up and left the job looking sloppy. I didn't notice base boards were not included the the quote. So the left my laundry room without based boards even after their employee notified them prior to the job being completed did they want to include baseboards. The professional thing to do should have been to reach out to the client(me) and let them(me) know it wasn't included and do I want them added and how much it would cost. If you don 't care how the job turns out I would recommend them, however, if you want the project looking similar to what it was prior to damage, I would not. I'm not sure if this is paint or spackle left all over the place and the paint job not very good."
