"Had an unexpected car problem on our way to take our daughter to college had to stop at Novato thankfully Jorge at JR auto repair was there ! Awesome mechanic and even greater human being . He's there to help whatever the situation may be. We had gone shopping while we waited for car to be ready He went as far as lending us his car to pick up a bag we forgot at a bus stop. "I called him from the phone book (divine guidance) and told him my problem. My convertible top was stuck half open and would not close. I was visiting my mother and had to get home to Fresno that day, Saturday. He knew nothing about it but looked it up and after hit and miss but never giving up, he fixed it. The price was beyond reasonable. I was so happy I cried. I had talked to the dealership, lots of people and places. Saturday afternoon, no help but jr auto was. I will tell everyone I know and some I don!t know about Jr. And always visit him when in town. He was so nice and I was so distraught. My real life angel. "This guy is the REAL DEAL! He'll diagnose your car, solve it, and give you a FAIR PRICE! He's been in the business for 30 YEARS! I was going to TOSCALITO for about 4 YEARS. I spent about $6,000 - $8,000 on repairs. I went for a SMOG test recently, did NOT PASS. My wife found JR Auto Repair and after a week (because he wanted to get the SOURCE of the problem and not just fix what you see) ALL of my problems were fixed!!! I've had a few issues that kept bugging me since I've been with Toscalito and Jorge fixed it all in the week he's had it. My Cold to Hot needle doesn't jitter any more, it actually works now. She runs better! I feel like I have a new car! Bottom line, go to Jorge, and save yourself headaches & nightmares!"
