"Prepaid $150 to fix my glass front and back. Told them it was most likely the older model and I wanted to pay in full. Called with the model number and they said it would be $30 more. Brought phone in after I got the call that the parts where in (I live 42 miles away). Was told that they only had the front and it would take 1 hour 30min when I dropped it off at 11:30am. Checked back with them at 2 pm the adhesive was still setting. Called them at 4:30pm adhesive again. Sent my son to pick it up when they called around 5:15pm. When it got back to me the back was more shattered and the screen constantly glitches out and the back was not put on properly so stuff gets in to it."
