"I came in for a what I thought was a bad alternator and tires. A big car bill I wasn't looking forward to. Upon check out, I found I only needed a battery and there was a nail in my tire. They fixed my tire for free and a brand new battery for under $200. They checked to make sure my car was safe which is a huge piece of mind for and older women. The staff was so friendly and the technician were fast and professional. Thank you for being here for us in Humboldt county ❤️"
"I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now. They are absolutely amazing and honest. I usually end up paying less than what they quoted me because once they get into it sometimes they find it didn’t need everything they thought it would initially and don’t take advantage of people. I also got a brand new engine for my car for a recall issue for FREE. They recognized the problem immediately and told me to take it to the dealer. They didn’t charge me a dime for the diagnostic. They also repaired a hole in my tire recently for no charge. I absolutely love them!"
"When I delivered my Tundra ofr oil and filter service my backup camera was working fine. Upon picking up my truck, I noticed the backup camera was now working. I went back and discussed the problem with Richardo the gentleman who collected my fees. He said let me talk to the tech and of course the tech said he did not do anything to cause the problem. Richardo then stated sorry and goodbye. Basically saying not my problem but yours! All I can say is Firestone did not care or take responsibility for the damage to my backup camera. My backup camera was working when I delivered the tuck and not working when I received my truck back and I had not even left the Firestone parking lot! Severely poor customer service and not caring about my problems that they clearly caused."
"Fantastic people working there. We were stuck on a road trip from Washington State on a Sunday afternoon. The fixed our tire for free(valve stem)and got us back on the road . Much Thanks to the lady that took care of us and the tech that fixed it. You saved us a lot of trouble. Recommend them highly.!"
