"Lumina Management, wanted to bring to light a rather serious issue with your front desk staff. On November 11, 2023, at roughly 11:55pm, one of your front desk staff (didn't get the name, but African American woman and heavier set) called us numerous expletives as we were leaving. She repeatedly called us "ugly as ****" and "stupid as ****". Then she proceeded to run out of the building, chasing after us to deliver the same immature messages. Seriously? Sure the hosts of a gathering we were at were a bit loud, but there is NO justification for your staff to be treating us that way. For a "luxury" condominium / community I expected way better."

"If you own a car, beware! Management sides with Valet to take care of all claims in-house vs. sharing insurance information. Cameras are not in place for B2/3 parking lots. B1 cameras are not HD so they will claim accidents are not observed therefore not their fault. Valet is abusing the fact that small dents and scratches are too small / hassle for residents to handle and getting away with it. Numerous posts from residents in the past 2 years on valet scratch complaints. Nothing is being done because this valet company brings “significant cost savings”. Personally, valet caused a crash worth $15,000 in damages. It took 3 months of “negotiation” given they did not want to invoke insurance (causes HoA fee to go up). UnitedSF (Valet) COO called me and told me that I was being unreasonable trying to settle this with insurance and asked that I let them take of it with cash balance (which caused more delays). Just beware if you ever plan to valet park with this valet and management. You will be alone in fighting against any damages to your car."

"Beautiful luxury condo with great amenities to complement. Downtown location, convenient to many upscale restaurants and home to the Woodlands Grocery store. Love living here!"

"Probably the hottest new condos in town. The gym here is crazy, functions and offers the same options as a high end gym. Free weights, lap pool, rock climbing wall, and plenty of squat racks. My favorite about this place is the concierge squad, they make it a great place to come as a stranger or a non resident. The 3 blocks from the Embarcadero, great grocery store at the bottom, dog store at the base of the building, philz coffee across the street. What else do you need!?"

"Living here is mostly great. The amenities are pretty fantastic, and the staff that works here is so amazing and friendly!! Having a pretty well stocked (but way overpriced) grocery store on the ground floor is almost too convenient. The HOA, however, can be pretty ridiculous. And the cost of living here is way beyond reasonable. If you have too much money and want to trade some for lavish comfort, all in all, it’s a pretty nice place. Note, I am only a temporary tenant, caring for the apartment of a family member."
