"I recently brought my custom-made sterling silver antique ring to Guzzetta for a simple sizing and engraving. I figured Guzzetta was a reputable jeweler with adequate experience to perform this simple task. Boy was I wrong! I can see the seam where the ring was cut with my naked eye the engraving is crooked. I gave them one chance to fix this problem, and they couldn’t manage to get it right. I am done dealing with Guzzetta and I am actually driving my ring to Sharif jewelers as we speak. I understand that my ring is not a high dollar ring, but it means a lot to me. The Jeweler at Guzzetta obviously rushed this job with little care given to detail. Stay away from this place. They do lousy work and they were fine with me leaving dissatisfied."

"If I can , I will give zero star. They have repaired my pearl necklace, and I have doubts about their professional abilities. They broke my necklace. Their solution is to replace it with a new pearl. But after waiting for two months, they gave a completely defective pearl to deal with me. It looks like worth two dollars . I am very disappointed with their handling."

He special ordered diamonds that I described and I got to hand pick my favorite one along with a ring to fit it. It was then built to order and I am so impressed with the results.
