"DO NOT USE! They picked up one of my new suits after wearing it once. When they dropped off the suit I tried it on and not only did it not feel like it was even cleaned the suit had shrunk a good 3 inches. I looked inside the jacket and the pants and you can see that the fibers were all bunched up so I knew they did not dry clean the suit. I called and talked to the owner and she confirmed what I had feared. They did not dry clean it they used a different method without my approval. I told her the suit no longer fits (legs are 2 inches above my ankles, inseam is tight on legs, jacket too tight on shoulders, etc.) and she said the suit looked good to her and it wasn't her problem. Regardless she said that sometimes some fabric need "extra" work after they are cleaned by her method. So she took it back. Once I got the suit back I noticed that it still did not fit correctly but the legs were a better length. I checked and all they did was lengthen the legs which I never approved her to do. I called back and the owner feels the suit is fixed even though it doesn't fit me. I told her the suit was ruined by the (unapproved) cleaning method she used and needed to be replace. She then decided to accuse me of trying to steal from her because she doesn't not believe the suit is how much I paid for it even though I have the receipt. I would not recommend taking any nice cloths to this cleaners as they are not equipped to handle them and are unwilling to make things right when they ruin items. Bad business."
