"HORRIBLE experience here. The owner made a rookie mistake with my white tux jacket. I asked him if he could dry clean a small marking from the sleeve but for some reason he went ahead and tested his materials by getting my tux jacket wet with steam over the bottom end of the lapel which resulted in black dye dripping down the front of the white jacket. He tried to cover the wet marking but once I noticed it he then took the jacket to the back to dry it but ultimately made it worse. Once other customers had come in behind me he blamed everything on me for having "a low quality suit" and said I should return it. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place!!"

"We have gone to Lincoln Oaks Cleaners for 20 years. We have had cotton dress shirts cleaned and starched hundreds of times and they are always done right and all the buttons were intact. Nothing has ever been lost or damaged. Our dry cleaning is taken there too. And like our laundry it is always done beautifully, ready when we were told it would be, and nothing has ever been lost. If there was a problem with a garment (a stain they were not able to remove, a broken zipper I’d forgotten to tell them) Lincoln would have a note attached. Lincoln Oaks Cleaners is an independent business owned by a husband and wife who have provided us two decades of superior service."

"Worst place I've ever been. Not only did the lady lie to me, but she screwed up my prom dress. She said she had the attachment to do the proper hem line when she didn't. She also hemmed my dress crooked and tried to blame it on the original cut dress, when I could obviously see from the scrap she cut off that she had cut it crooked. I would never recommend this lady to anyone. She didn't even have the decency to pay me back for her screw up or even apologize."
