"My fiancé bought my engagement ring in 2018. I have gone back few times to have little things done to my ring (resizing, dipping the prongs to keep diamond in place and steamed). Last year in November I had to have my ring cut off because of a medical issue. Diamonds by Monet were able to repair my ring. The staff has always gone above and beyond with their customer service. All the employees deserves to be taken out to lunch and or dinner for their excellent customer service. Diamonds by Monet will forever be my jeweler."
