"They always have the best stuffed animals, I love giving them as gifts. They have cool specials, different exclusives which works out great for gifts for different times of the year as well. Also there's no age limit, I give them to everyone!"
"Took the Grandkids there. The person that helped us was super nice but did not ask how much stuffing we wanted in the bears (squishy soft, medium huggable, or stuffed to the max) and it was awkward due to a birthday party going on. The Grandkids did not know where to go next after the bears were stuffed (to the table with the air shower and brushes or to make the certificates.)"
"I went in yesterday around 4pm with my daughter to build her a bear for her 10th birthday and I was very disappointed with the service and experience we had. When we first walked in we were not greeted what so ever and mind you, we were the only two customers there. The two employees at the counter were so busy talking to one another that we were never acknowledged. It was as if we weren’t there. We walked around and picked things out and only assumed what the process was supposed to be like because no one was assisting us. About 15 - 20 min later my daughter went up to the counter to ask a question because again, no one was assisting us. Her question was answered and they went right back to talking. Shortly after, another employee walked in to start his shift and he was the one who assisted us and made my daughters bear. I am very grateful to that employee for engaging with my daughter and making her experience better. For spending almost $100 this is not how the service should be. My daughter only turns 10 once and it should have been a special experience."
"The customer service was very friendly! Plus they had a lot of different bear/characters and outfits/accessories to choose from. Its also cute that you get a birth certificate for your bear."
