"Employees at this location have MAJOR attitude problems, literally couldn’t believe the way most of them behave. Oh and the store/ bathrooms are FILTHY. Visited tonight for a SUPER quick browse, didn’t even grab a cart because I wasn’t planning on staying long. The security guy with the receding hairline mullet is incredibly aggressive, to the point I actually felt uncomfortable looking around!!! But I guarantee that’s what he wanted. I came in with over 30 minutes til closing, he immediately hounds me at the door “ma’am we’re closing in 35 minutes” I smiled and nodded, but caught him roll his eyes when he thought I looked away. The audacity??! He then went on the loudspeaker to announce store closing 5 TIMES within the 14 minutes I was there. No, that’s not an exaggeration. “You need to bring your items to checkout NOW” is part of what he said each time. Such an uncomfortable, unpleasant experience. A few months ago I was here, and had to use the restroom. I guess I was being timed because when I exited, two women employees made faces at each other and couldn’t even wait until I was beyond earshot to loudly exclaim “she was in there for a whiiile!”, and proceeded to laugh. Some people have medical conditions that are none of your business, so maybe mind yours. Apparently anyone with a pulse is hired to work here. Disgusting behavior, disgusting employees and a disgusting store. Even for a discounter."

"Miss Susie Q has a attitude and no people skills, if you don’t like working retail start making boss moves! I know customer service has a low bar these days and this is a discount store but still."
"I highly recommend going in the morning before the rush. The store is much cleaner and makes it easier to find what you want. I do think they should add more employees for a faster cleaning and go-backs. This is a great place for back to school clothes."
