"We had an appointment for my great aunt and grandmother to have some pieces of jewelry appraised by Paul. This was our first time in the shop and was recommended to us by a friend who goes here. The appraisals went well. They have a jewelry cleaning & repair service as well and can even mend things not sold in the shop. There were so many beautiful pieces, and the staff was so friendly that we ended up trying on several rings and necklaces afterwards. Paul can also make custom pieces and permanent jewelry (thinking of coming back with my sister for anklets). My aunt is hard of hearing and normally struggles to have conversations with people, but when we left, she said she had a really great time and got all of her questions answered. We will be back!"
