"Ozel is THE BEST jewelry store around. We visit every time we come back from Texas. I actually found a local jewelry store in Texas that repaired my necklace (bought at Ozel when it was still in the mall) hoping they’d be as wonderful since it was family owned. Nope. Awful. Repair didn’t even last a year, charged 3 times as much, and they just weren’t friendly. Went straight to Ozel as soon as we landed (after Cuca’s of course) and they took my necklace to fix (ready the next day), and cleaned and polished my rings that we bought from them over 20 years ago. I just love them. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. They just had a bad experience but this jeweler is legit and does not pull any shady tricks on you. They also don’t hassle you…so just approach them and ask for help if you need it. They’re amazing."
