I was kind of skeptical to get my ears pierced but hey, she convinced me to get a total of 4(: On the other hand, I couldn’t believe how hot it was in there. There was no A/C during the summer? We got there an hour before closing. I couldn’t believe that the store would let those poor girls work in such an unhealthy and uncomfortable environment like that. Sariah did not complain at all. She was still professional and can tell that she makes her time positive working there. Stay how you are Sariah! You are so young and with the personality that you have, you’ll go a long way!"

"Really great experience! my wife and I came here last minute to get our 3-year-old daughter's ears pierced. The employees were very patient and understanding. They helped my daughter with the whole process. Even though the store manager (Raylene) was clocked out she stayed behind to help do a double ear piercing which was amazing. Extremely grateful and happy we walked in excellent customer service from Analyssa as well."
