"Customer service is so rude! Two employees standing there, they didn’t greet us when we walked up, didn’t say “we will be right with you” after having us wait as they counted the draw, didn’t direct us to which register she would assist us at (we walked up to where she was counting the money assuming that’s where she would be assisting us) and then had a very rude attitude when explaining she couldn’t accept our return that I had a receipt for. For these reasons, this is why people shop online!"

"Horrible service, my appointment was at 7, I got there right on time. After almost an hour of waiting manager helped someone that arrived after me before me. When I told her I was next she said “she had an appointment at 7” so I told her that so I did I. Completely ignored my concerns and proceeded to help the other person before me. I definitely felt discriminated against and will be taking this further."
