"I came in requesting help for a defective smartwatch. I ended up speaking with the manager and he was very helpful. My watch had a known defect so I was offered to pay the difference for an upgrade. The model I wanted wasn't in stock so he took my info to notify me when it became available. I got the call and on my return I ended up with an equally friendly but different manager. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was reassured that everything was addressed in the new version, but they will have my back if something goes wrong again. Both times I left satisfied, and they truly care for their customers and products at this store. Shouts-out go to both Michael and Christine for being awesome."
