"There are two sides to every story, so take this with a grain of salt, but a neighbor of ours housed tenants who operated this business. The owner trashed the property, refused to pay rent, etc... This is the post from the poor 80 year old man. 'The people that operate a business that operates under the name of Handyman 4 U have been evicted from my property at 1800 Port Renwick. The property was left in a state of disarray. I have been trying to effect the eviction for several years, Covid and then the long eviction process made it very difficult and expensive. No rent was paid this year. I apologize to entire Eastlake Community for the disgusting exterior appearance that has existed. I cannot start cleanup until 15 days have expired since the eviction date which was July 25. Once the legal period has passed, I will immediately tow inoperable vehicles from the property and clear yard trash before I tackle the hoarder like interior. Beware of these people, I am 80 years old and this is what they have left me to deal with.'"
