"What an amazing company. This is the second time we have used them. We had our windows replaced many years ago and decided to go back and get the back slider replaced. Jeff and his team were great. Jeff thoroughly explained our options and products based on our budget. The crews that came for the install were equally as great, paying close attention to cleanliness. We had just had our floors replaced and they were careful not to damage. I feel they do this on all jobs. If I had more jobs for them I would bring them back. We love our windows and new door."

"We have always wanted to upgrade our backyard and finally decided to do it during the pandemic lockdown. A panoramic door was the perfect finish to a long process and since it involves some structural engineering, we wanted to make sure that it was done right. We feel so fortunate that Distinctive Home Improvement was able to accommodate our request given the fact that they have been so busy and they were based in San Diego and our home is in Ventura. They did an excellent job. Marty’s attention to detail was impressive. They were on time and very professional. I have dealt with numerous contractors in the past and I can certainly say that dealing with Jeff the owner and Marty, his main foreman, was such a pleasant, fun, and painless experience. "Jeff, Kelly, and Lawrence, as well as Danny and the team of installers were amazing. Our experience with Distinctive Home Improvements was 100% positive. The windows were installed in a timely fashion with great care and skill. I thought our huge picture window was going to be a challenge, but posed no problem. They look amazing! The manufacturer had a small error in one of the doors. Danny made sure to show me that and we'll have it corrected as soon as the new doorhandle comes in from the manufacturer. Any questions I had during the process were answered promptly. I highly recommend this company!"
