"After the last rain, there were two leaks at my house. One in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen pantry. I noticed both leaks on Sunday night and Octo had their technicians at my house on Monday. They were able to discover the source of both leaks, one of which was not easy to detect. After the dry-out, they replaced the dry wall and painted the walls and ceiling which looked better than new. They did an amazing job with matching the paint color. Their technicians were at my house for about a week and they were all very professional and completely cleaned their work space at the end of each day. Octo was reliable, communicated the scope of the job, provided a detailed estimate and was great to work with. I have asked them to give me a quote on other maintenance items around the house."
