"Our HOA covered and sent service from Servpro and everyone so far has been helpful. Israel was the coordinator who inspected our garage first. He was knowledgeable and showed good customer service, kept it pretty straightforward and easy to contact! Gave me info what to expect. Servpro sent Nate and Ramon for our drywall removal in the garage who came on time and were professional! They even helped me move a few things to clear part of the garage area. Nate and Ramon kept a good attitude starting early morning and explained the service they provided. They created good covering on their work area to keep our garage clean! They also finished at the initial estimated time that I was informed they would finish so I could kinda plan the rest of my day. It will take multiple visits to complete the work since we’re waiting for adequate dry time after removal before the dry wall replacement but first day is great so far! Glad we got good help to fix our garage leak! Thanks again Israel, Nate & Ramon."
