"I used this service in 2018 for a home in La Verne, CA. They have a comprehensive checklist which they present to you ahead of the first cleaning to get you onboard. Sadly, when they actually clean, they don't even perform half of the services they have listed. For example, I had to regularly ask them to clean the bathtub or dust, which was annoying. I always had to check their work while cleaning, and if I'd find unclean areas after they left, then I had to reach out and follow up with mgmt. It was stressful and just added more work to my already busy life. Cleaners were rude. The coordinator I worked with was just awful. Forgot her name. She was responsive when I'd give her feedback via email about my poor quality cleanings, but the quality and the crew she sent out never changed. Looking at some of the responses to negative reviews here on Google from this business make me cringe, but are also just what I expected. Rude, immature and unprofessional. Having cleaning scheduled on a biweekly cadence is a nice idea, but just a waste of time with this business because their maids don't clean. This was my experience back in 2018; hopefully things have improved since then!"

They have been cleaning every other week for over a year and have also done special projects when I needed. We appreciate the friendly service and detail oriented work. They are a huge help since I am always busy with work and school. They do an awesome job cleaning the bathroom (my least favorite room to clean) and kitchen. They introduced me to a new mop which works proficiently with my hardwood floors and I have since recommended the mop to my mother in law who also has hardwood floors. The automated system is phenomenal! It reminds me of my appointments which I often forget due to my hectic schedule. It's so nice to be surprised when I come home to a clean house! There are few times I have had to reschedule and Jen was so nice and understanding about it and got back to me very quickly. I can see how much this company cares about their customers. I don't feel like just another job to them I can see that they genuinely care about my needs. They take the time to ensure that I am satisfied with their work. I recommend Mylenia Cleaning to anyone."
