Fosters Freeze

"We stopped to grab a burger on the way to Fort Bragg, and it amazed me that Foster's Freeze still tastes the way it always has. Is it the sauce on the burgers? I don't know, lol but really delicious and I got a huge bag of onion rings with my cheeseburger, nice and crunchy on the outside, but tender onion on the inside. Wonderful! We will stop again when we drive through again."

"Rude staff!! You go in. Pay $40 for a couple meals and the cashier doesn’t ask if you want ranch with your chicken strip meal, or burrito, also no receipt. So I had to ask what the order was. I had to ask for ranch and she was rude, oh you only get one. Well had someone told me I would have ordered extra. As if there’s not an extra option even though it wasn’t initially offered. Food is good but customer satisfaction is not a priority in fact it’s an after thought. Just give us your money and go away."

"I remember eating at this Foster's Freeze when I was a little kid in the late 80's early 90's. We'd always stop here on the way to visit my grandparents. Never eaten anywhere that had mozzarella cheesesticks this good. So many good memories. Hope to go back the next time I'm in California."

"We stopped here while cutting across California heading up to Acata out of Arizona. The setting was nice, with Clear Lake easily seen through the park across the street. We ordered lunch, a few burgers, fries and then some ice cream. It was a nice interlude on the long trip across the U.S."
