"I was really let down going here last week. I'd looked forward to it bc 2 yr ago I went and ordered the same thing and it was the best drink I'd ever had. This time though, people working were were giving me the impression that I was bothering them. I asked for a frozen mocha drink and a shot of espresso. I got to my car and took a sip, it tasted so horrible. I kept hoping it'd improve, but no. Tasted something like dirt water and garbage, or water that someone soaked their feet in before making the drink. I had maybe 6 sips and was so repulsed by the taste and also the way we were treated, I threw it away and decided never go there again."

"I bought a dozen doughnuts & said I wanted a variety but asked to not put anything in there with sprinkles. Told the dude to throw in some with chocolate so this is what I got:......(picture attached) I got a variety allright....variety of chocolate ones only!! 8/12 we're chocolate and for $17. Are you kidding me?? ! I powdered, 1 glaze and 1 plain the rest we're chocolate. ...nope won't be doing that again! Sadly, this was the 2nd time I went because my first experience was similar but not as bad as this time but I'm not giving them a 3rd chance to reload and try again either because I'd be the all so deserving fool. I asked for a few chocolate not all 12....get it together Dunkin Doughnuts. Your employees represent your company which is world renowned so train them correctly."

"Cold AC for summer time and nice service. Love the cold coffee and location. Together with Baskin Robbins and it is good to combine both. What a great enjoyment!"
