"Luis and Anthony were great. Professional and friendly. They contacted me as soon as I emailed my property manager that my carpet was damaged by the rain. They took only about 45 minutes to get the job done. There was a noticable difference before and after. Will definitely contact them again after we experience more heavy rainfall."

"We used Castro's a number of times over the years, mostly pleased. Nice people, we thought. Then, right before COVID lockdown, we had them clean. The carpet was left quite wet, as it dried, foot long brown lines appeared, about equal to the cleaning wand width. They re-did it and it was fine. Two weeks ago, they cleaned again. This time, carpet again left very wet, looked far worse after cleaning than before. They said it was "oxidizing water." They cleaned again, and it looked so much better - can't figure out why. But it dried, the attached set of spots (photo) appeared right by the door. Called again, and they said "we only come out twice, you always complain." Yes, I complain when I pay to have my carpet cleaned (remember, I have to take time off work to have it re-done - costing me money) and it looks like this. Thanks for rewarding customer loyalty. I hope you go out of business soon."

The shortest amount of time we have ever had for carpet cleaning. They were professional stopping by to give us a bid rather then an over the phone estimate. Their cleaning equipment is top notch and I am sure that is why they were so quick. Plus, this is steam cleaning so a much cleaner and quicker drying system.
