"My car completely broke down and I was towed there around 3/3:30 and even though they closed at 4 they stayed until 6+ to work on my car so I could get it up and running that night. They changed my alternator and gave me new tires (mine were 8+ years old and didn’t try to upsell me) and were so incredibly nice and welcoming. I felt so comfortable and trusted them so much. They even texted two days later to ensure that everything was working well. I would completely recommend them to anyone in the area."

"This place is a scam. The work may get done but the prices won't be fair. I took my 1990 Dodge Ram Van in for a maintenance checkup when I first bought it. They told me it needed a new gas line and it would be $500. After I agreed to that and had the job done they told me it needed new ball joints/bushings & control arms which would be another $2,000! (I took the van down to Long Beach Brakes and Suspension and got the job done for $350 + $40 in parts and the job was excellent."

"Do yourself a favor; DO NOT GO HERE. I came in with a tire simply needing a patch. They handed me invoice to sign and told me that I was signing for the amount to get the tire PATCHED which was $59 dollars (overpriced if you ask me). Then they called me and told me that the tire could not be fixed and that I would need to replace both front tires for the mere cost of $584 dollars! INSANE. When I came back to get my car (because I was not paying that much for 2 tires) they told me that I still had to pay them $59 dollars for the INSPECTION. I asked why they were charging so much for an inspection and they said that I “signed for it.” Turns out, they completely spoofed me telling me I was signing for the invoice of the patchwork when I was really signing an invoice for an overpriced inspection. I have never been so badly played at an automotive shop. Called another place and they said they could replace both front tires for $100 bucks. DO NOT GO HERE. OVERPRICED SCAMMERS."

"Had a shredded tire that needed replaced, they put a completely different tire on the car that didn’t align properly and charged us $350 for the ONE tire. When we went in for an oil change, we were told the tire isn’t a match at all and if we kept driving on it, it would mess up our differential. We drive often long distances for work and trusted this company to help us. In turn, we got a slapstick repair. This is unacceptable and poor service. Do better."
