"The two stars is for the technician that initially came out to do the inspection. He was very knowledgable. Since paying almost $400 for that inspection, though, I haven't been able to get a call back for WEEKS to get clarity on the issues they found and to hire them to come back to fix the issues. The inspection was done back in December! At least give me a call back to give me enough information to hire someone else to do the work."
"I really appreciate Crocker for coming out quickly, even moving me into a cancellation, to deal with my heat pumps that were not really working. It took a couple of hours but now they are working much better. The service man was really nice. Pumping in more refrigerant was expensive but I suppose that’s not really their fault. But I would definitely recommend this company!"
"Today (1/9/2024) we had a no heat call come in from one of our tenants. When the service tech (Jarrett) got on site, we was quick to diagnose the problem. We needed parts to be ordered. We followed up with the service manager & got the parts on order asap. This was a great experience all around. Our tenants were very pleased as well, knowing Crocker was working on this for us. Keep up the great work!"
"Although work was a little slow to get started, once it started, the work was executed efficiently and professionally. The site was closed up cleanly each night. We were kept abreast of schedules and activities. Our home and our neighborhood was treated respectfully. Follow up upon completion was helpful, showing me the high points of operation and maintenance."
"We needed help as soon as possible because my husband was just diagnosed with lung cancer, and I didn't want to turn on the furnace until we had a new filter. Crocker had a cancellation, so half an hour later they sent over a wonderful, friendly, helpful technician, a native of Bulgaria with a great work ethic. He changed the filter, made sure that the furnace was safe, made an adjustment so that we'd get more heat, and carefully explained to us what he had done and why. The next time we need help, we hope this wonderful man returns. Great service!"
